Our $3,250 Listing is a Full Service Listing contract. We have over 30 year of experience, a brokers license and expert knowledge that comes with servicing over 1,000 transactions. You wok directly with us from listing to closing.
Full Service Package
Equity Evaluation with pricing strategy. Professional photos, secure lockbox and showing scheduling. We qualify the buyers, review all offers and handle all negotiations from offers to closing.
How Much Money will I Save?
You save thousands of dollares over listing with a traditional commission brokerage. Our flat fee of $3,250 is an all-in fee paid at closing. We don't charge a broker admin fee or a retainer fee.
